Below, Elizabeth Lakie Miller said she had both of her Grandsons listed in her Will when she did not. She did not know what she signed. She did not understand who was mentioned as a grandchild. Randy J Schlanger got $900,000.00. Kauffman the attorney wrote himself into the Will he received $500,000.00 the rest was divided among strangers and charities.It was necessary for Randy J Schlanger to have her dead. Where she died is a secret. No Palm Beach Sheriff's report for outside of the cities where Randy J. Schlanger lived or where the alleged address stated on the Death Certificate which is the Homewood Residence.
At the Homewood Residence, the nurse Arlene, who witnessed that Elizabeth Lakie Miller was removed by her "daughter" Randy J. Schlanger aka Randy J. Fein against her will. She only gave birth to a son. There is no adoption papers for a Randy J. Schlanger. Her "son" Paul, as in Paul E. Schlanger and his friends, took the furniture away that was bought by the A. R. Miller Trust and therefore belonged to the A. R. Miller Trust.
Elizabeth Miller had plenty of money to continue living there at Homewood Residence . But Alan C Kauffman did not want to remove money from another account stolen from the AR Miller Trust of his inheritance since he wrote himself in the Will and as Trustee of the this new account. Allegedly forged Elizabeth Lakie Millers name on the Will. She had to die to insure he get his $500,000.00, sell a condo that was also purchased with the AR Miller Trust's money and then he kept the money for himself.
Please note the "Care Giver's" name is Randy J. Schlanger and admitted she had the checkbook since she was caught with it along with signed checks. But remember, anyone can write anything on the journal side. The canceled checks tell the entire story. What does an old lady need $1,000.00 in two (2) weeks cash for food? Her medical care was covered by medicare and Colonial Medical Insurance. How much food can an old lady eat? There are checks written out to Ben's Kosher deli for $300.00 to $800.00 every two (2) weeks and she has a mini-refrigerator in the room generally used for insulin. There is a Kosher style kitchen in the main dinning room which has non-Kosher meats which she won't be able to get to if she is in her room. That money could have been used to buy Randy J., Nikki and Marni Schlanger's drugs, booze, and having parties so loud that neighbors called the police. I met the Schlangers and Alan Kauffman on two separate occasions; John Schrills on one. The first was about December of 2006 when I went to visit my grandmother. At that time I met Randy Schlanger and her husband. Lakie had just been in the hospital about a month before and Randy had supposedly been "close" with her (although I'd never heard of her before that time) and was "taking care of her" along with Schrills and Kauffman. I wasn't impressed with either of the Schlangers, but didn't have the financial wherewithal to pursue these individuals legally.
The second time I went to see my grandmother was a month or two later in January or February of the following year. Her nurse at the nursing home called me on a Friday night and was concerned about some "strange things" going on regarding how Shlanger, Schrills and Kauffman were treating Lakie. I went down two days later on a Sunday to see how she was doing. The police had been called to the nursing home while I was en route. The police were there when I arrived, and were questioning the Schlangers, John Schrills and Alan Kauffman. The police did not find anything wrong or illegal in particular going on and so there was nothing for them to pursue. I did not have a joyful meeting with the Schlangers, Schrills or Kauffman that day nor the next. The following day John Schrills told Lakie that I had made him cry, upsetting her to the point where I had decided to depart Florida a few days earlier than I had originally intended. During that day I contacted several lawyers and asked many questions; I did not employ any of them as the fees were beyond my expenses and these professionals expressed a dubious level of certainty at best, regarding getting Lake out of the situation.
A week later, I received a letter from Kauffman expressing that Lakie was upset because she had been notified that I had not been paying her back for the loan I had with her, per our agreement. This was not true and I substantiated my position with the help of a lawyer and cleared my name of any accused wrongdoing.
I didn't trust those people then nor do I now. I don't know the particulars of Lakie's "special" relationship with any of the aforementioned individuals.
